Love this!! Have never really used a work out/replenish drink but lord this has saved us! We have been doing insanity and after our work out we drink a water bottle with a scoop of this and we are good to go! No more soreness from working out the next day, you know the kinda pain that makes your dread your next work out? GONE! I am def going to buy more, possibly even a bigger can. It’s a little gritty once you get to the bottom but the flavor makes the little griddiness irrelevant :)
