I love this product. All the natural ingredients really help keep consisistency in my digestive tract. It is exactly what it says, it is a gentke cleanse. You are not rushing to go to the bathroom. The capsules are large but easy to swallow. There is no after 5aste like some products. I have recommended this to a few friends who also love it.

This Irwin product is a supplement for improving health, immunity, quality of life, well-being and mood. I bought it out of curiosity after reading "Vitamin" in the title of the search results. It filled some essential needs I had so far: energy boost and eliminated fatigue due to long flights and stress.
If you look at the composition of this formula it's really nothing special. I don't like the titanium dioxide as coloring and I don't like that they suggest 2 capsules as a serving size (as with most of their formulas and sometimes even more!). I think it's misleading. 3 stars for the natural ingredients and no fillers
I started using this product couple of weeks ago, and have found it, for me,( I am on a pain management protocol, with meds), this is a safe and effective DAILY USE supplement. It is loaded with beneficial ingredients...I have used up to 3 in the course of a 12 hour day, and have adjusted back to a morning (as close to natural), bowel movement. I use alongside stool softeners.....I recommend this.
THIS IS THE BEST PRODUCT OUT THERE for regularity! It's NOT A LAXATIVE which is very important for us to know because laxatives are habit-forming and destroy your colon but this work naturally with "herb-based plants." Unfortunately it went to my home and I've been away but can't wait to start again! Best thing since "Triphala" and had more benefits.

I feel more comfortable to use herbal and natural ingredients. It doesn't have any taste and the size of the capsule might be little loner but I didn't have any issue to swallow. It really make me to be regular and comfortable to go to washroom.
I like this supplement it has many nice ingredients in it aside from the poop herbs
