I've tried a few different brands of valerian so far, and this one has been the most effective for me. I take two tablets and within 20-30 mins I feel much calmer - it's also good for helping me to sleep at night. It has a benefit over valium as well, that it doesn't make me sleepy or drowsy when I take it during the day.
3.6 milligrams of valeric acid is the most potent valerian I have found, and I also like the fact that it is both a full spectrum extract and it is in a base of powdered valerian. Trusted brand as well, I have been using their products for over 30 years. And very reasonably priced given the potency.

valerian tablets are easy to swallow and a good value for your money. valerian works in the brain in the same receptors as valium so it can take the edge off of a tense day. the size is perfect for swallowing and the quality of the product is excellent.

I looked into the amount of available valerian available for a number of products, including Kalms, that you can get in the UK. Less fillers, too. This is the best, in my opinion, on the market. Certainly helps with calming, mood and sleep for me
