This is a high-quality supplement with excellent ingredients that mix well. The raspberry lemonade taste is refreshing and not overly sweet. It’s a great size for the price and provides the perfect amount of carbs for my training.

To be honest , this taste real good , and doesnt taste like other carb drinks , but the effects and benefit is a little bit lacking. In terms of size and price , this is a worth while option.

OMG…was not expecting the exercise output I was able to squeeze out during my Olympic lifts workouts (clean, deadlift and snatch). The main quality ingredient being the next-gen carb known as cluster dextrin totally blew away any and all my expectations in terms of performance and product composition. A little sweet in taste and didn’t like the artificial ingredients component so next time I’ll buy the unflavored. Package size is pretty higher and I use only 1/2 a dose only 3 days a week on my weight training days so literally lasts me almost 5-6 months!!
