It quite light and gentle on my GiT , however it does make me a but thirsty and i definitely consume more water if i take it. I actually use it as pre-workout bcz it boosts my energy noticeably. Overall, i think it is a great protein, i would rate it as my 2nd best after allmax iso natural .
Honestly it was my first time getting a protein powder . And in pleased with my purchase . The taste is perfect , tho I usually add in oats as well. Super easy to mix in just those regular bottles as well. Overall it's a great product ^^

Excellent quality, protein powder! I actually researched a few brands and found that this one is one of the higher quality whey proteins. My husband did not like the flavor at all. He said it tasted like coconut. I however absolutely loved it, and I found that it was delicious and had no disgusting aftertaste.

i tried drinking this protein powder with water but really was not impressed. i switched to almond milk and that really improved the taste dramatically. very pleased with this protein powder, both for the quality of its ingredients and for the taste. nice addition to my routine.
The purity is around 83~85% of protein per weight. It is quite OK and quite OK for the price and I appreciate the clean label. It does help reach the macros target, and it mixes very well. The texture is creamy, and it's OK. What I didn't like is the taste, sadly. I was expecting a more bitter mix but, woe is me, it is sadly very sweet and it made me nauseous after the first use... Anyway. Not bad if you like sweet chocolate milkshakes, but if you are into 70% bitter chocolate, forget about it.
Tastes great, mixes clean, and doesn’t use artificial flavors. Quality is high for a price that’s more than acceptable. I’ll be rebuying.

Maybe the best whey isolate I ever bought. The price for the package and size is good and the clean label was no brainer for me. Ingredients are clean and it helps me after my trainings to give a good amount of protein to muscules to recover. The dutch chocolate flavour i fine and i Like it.
