these fish oil softgels are easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach. there's a mild fishy aftertaste at times, but it's tolerable. i suggest taking it with food to avoid fishy burps. however, the actual EPA and DHA contents aren't clearly stated. decent quality but could use clearer labeling.
