And If I become, It will help to prepapare for healthy pregnancy.

Bought these to help my wife with her current pregnancy. She started on a local big pharm brand before I got these in. She was concerned about dilate and iron since the doc was pushing that nut these have a great balance on those two as well as other items. Plus most if not all are the better absorbing type that we need!

I wish this total one prenatal has omega 3, but apart from that the ingredients seem okay. Second time buying it.
