B-6 B-12 Methyl Folate, Mixed Berry, 60 Micro Tablets

I bought this for my daughter who is always low in b vitamins and folate. She loves the taste and the fact that it's a dissolvable, instead of another thing to swallow. The quality seems to be good because she seems to have more energy. I do wish they either put more in the bottle or had a smaller bottle for the amount in it. It's a lot of wasted plastic in that container.

All good. No MTHFR issue so no longer take these but do take methylated B vits at a low dose daily still, just for extra energy, not isolated, like this product.

I love these little micro tablets! It's the first time I try this brand and I did not regret it. They were so yummy. and helped me feel more energetic. The only problem is not eating too many at once! I'm quite pleased and will certainly be buying again.

I have been suffering from vitamin B12 deficiency when I became a vegetarian few years ago. This is the best form of vitamin B12 because I can just put it under my tongue and it be absorbed right away. I'm slowly regaining my energy level but it would take a while to build my store of vitamin B12. The package could have been smaller as it's certainly oversized.

The size of the package is sufficient and the taste of jellies is good. The supplement should improve functioning of the nervous system and metabolism but after one package I didn't notice much effect. I hope after taking it for some time the effects will appear.

I’m taking it every other day for now because it may be too strong for me. I wish KAL would make available a lower dose for this particular formula which contains also folate. I read that over 2000 mcg of B12 may be too high. This might be the reason for the jittering effect. It’s a little less now. I hope to overcome that effect after my body adapts to it, so I can start taking it daily. I was glad to find that the b12 is methylcobalamin type which is the one recommended by my doctor. I can really feel that makes me more alert and energetic. It has a very good taste but it doesn’t dissolve that easy.
