I’ve been having endometriosis pain in the left side of my pelvis. One thing that was suggested to improve pain and inflammation are castor oil packs with heat. I found local castor oil but turns out they extract it witch harmful chemicals, the one from NOW is cold pressed and feels more thick. So far it’s been great for packs and massages
