Nice tasting whey protein from grass-fed cows' milk. One of the few that is sweetened with safe sweeteners (stevia and erythritol), unlike the sucralose in most flavored whey protein powders (sucralose has been shown in studies to damage the good gut bacteria).
This is one of my favorite whey protein powders. It is very delicious on its own, but I also like to add it to oatmeal for the extra protein. It is quite sweet so be careful. It's very easy on my digestive system and I have no issues even when I drink few times a day. The quality is great, it is grass fed whey protein, which is always preferable. There are few ingredients and the taste is great.
I knew this item from my dietician and found below benefit from internet. ↓ “Whey protein offers several advantages that impact both internal health and external appearance. I’ve tried so many protein powders and so many taste/feel gritty no matter how I blend them in my morning smoothies. This one has NO grittiness and I can use it in so many smoothie variations. It’s not too sweet either. Seems to be very high quality and helps me up my daily protein intake.
I used a blender to mix two scoops of this vanilla protein powder, ice, some frozen banana in water. Oh my goodness, it made the tastiest shake. It’s so smooth and filling, and I love how much protein it provides in a natural way. The taste of this one is so much better than others I have tried. Love it!
I repeated order of this whey protein 3 times already. Because the taste is good and easy to melt water and the taste is good. Sometimes I mix with cocoa or another vegetable powder and drink it as different taste. I can keep drinking it without getting tired of it.
I'm currently sipping on my protein iced matcha I just made while writing this review lol. The vanilla taste is good and compliments the drink. It doesn't bloat me at all and it's not too sweet. Since I switched to this whey (use to buy the clean whey small purple protein pouches at Shoppers), I feel fuller longer. I don't know if it's because it's grass fed or if the protein quality is better but it works. It's an investment but then the package is huge and I don't even use one full scoop so it'll last me 3 months I think. I recommend!
The ingredients are clean, which i love about this product, the size is great, goes a long way, so far been using in a lot of healthy recipes, really easy to incorporate, so i’m reaching my protein goals,in tastes pretty good, no weird aftertaste, and it doesn’t upset my stomach!!
Orgain is a good brand offer clean products. It’s not easy to find good whey protein and I am glad to learn that Orgain has whey protein. It helps with my overall health. I’ll continue buy this item.
