I hate swallowing capsules, so having a liquid form of supplements is a blessing. So easy to take! My OB/GYN recommended evening primrose oil and vitamin E because I had very dense breasts. My recent mammogram stated that they were of a normal density so I guess it's working!

I take it every luteal phase. It helps with pms but you have to be consistent
