Tastes & smells great!! One of my favorite vitamins. I won't use another brand as they give me a headache if I stop for a day or so. No headaches with natural herbal vitamins. This has the right amounts of vegetables & fruit that I don't get on a daily basis.

The ingredient list has a little bit of everything, like iron and a fruit/veggie blend. The pill is a little big, but expected for a multivitamin. It has a strong supplement odor and flavor (if that makes sense),but it doesn't bug me, and it doesn't linger. It's cost-effective and perfect for daily use.

Great! Tablets are big in size and might be hard to swallow. Has great ingredients. Has a slight scent of the garden veggies, but not overly disturbing. Helps to elevate energy levels and add to veggie intake.

Capsule size is a bit too big for my liking but they are green and smell like nature ingredients or vegetables. I’m almost done with my first bottle and I just ordered my second one. I take 2 daily and I try to also have my veggies during the day.
