The characteristic of this brand's products is that they contain a lot of oil. Most of their products contain a lot of oil. This one contains flaxseed oil. It contains a range of ingredients that are thought to have some effect on urinary problems. One serving is 4 tablets, which is enough for 15 days. However, I think one tablet per day is fine. For example, if you take a saw palmetto supplement and add one tablet of this, I think it will "strengthen" your urinary problems supplement. That said, it's a bit pricey. I bought it on a special sale when it was cheap.
