I have only taken this for two days. I am taking this in place of Metformin. I am hopping this product along with healthy eating will bring my blood sugar down, and A1C number down. So again in a month when I finish the bottle. I am hoping it works and I don’t have to go back to Metformin.
i started using these when i can out as pre diabetic. good quality, price a bit high, but it's the price of keeping sugar down. ingredients look natural. I followed the dosage of 3 per day in the beginning, but i now take only one capsule instead of 3 but seem to have brought my sugar level to normal over time.
This keto living with Berberine, really works. My bloodwork for my last two drs appointments , have shown my glucose levels at a much lower number. My A1C is now pre diabetic. I also take Metformin and there is no problem. I take two of these per day, and that seems to be enough. I will continue to order this supplement !

It didn’t suit me at all. When I’ll finish the bottle I’m NOT gonna order more. But hopefully it may work on the others. I don’t know. I’m not gonna write that I don’t recommend this product for it might be useful for someone else.
