Since I’m on a ketogenic diet this is a staple for me to have this aaded in my morning coffee. It’s unflavoured but makes my coffe taste better an cremier. Its cheaper than any other brand. Love this and, recomend this.

This is excellent and effective collagen! It really works! Good quality! dissolves in warm water, tasteless, such a healthy water! I drink it in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening if I feel hungry. The result is on my face, I am 42 years old, the skin has become denser and more elastic, the skin on my body has become more pleasant to the touch. And my knees, my knees have stopped hurting when playing sports and doing squats! But you need to drink it in a course, at least 3 months in a row, and revise your diet for the better. I recommend buying it!
This was the best price per oz that I could find for collagen peptides. It has the same benefits as more expensive brands. Still dissolves well especially in hot liquid, you just might need to stir it for a few seconds longer than the expensive brands that dissolve instantly. My only complaint is I wish the packaging was recyclable.
I have a rather sensitive nose and palate and I find that I can only take this mixed into my coffee. Otherwise, I can pick up on a distinct somewhat unpleasant smell and taste. For less sensitive folks it’s probably not an issue. For me the best result has been deep, rejuvenating sleep. I haven’t slept this good since my teens!

Great collagen. These are type 1 and 3 collagen peptides - meaning they’re not for bones but for hair and skin. I’ve been taking type 1 and 3 collagen for quite a while, and a month ago I tried this one - my skin is still glowing. Since it didn’t get any worse, I conclude that this product works. I add it to my morning cold coffee with protein; it has no taste at all. If you add it to water, it slightly changes the flavor, but not in an unpleasant way - it’s neutral. I understand that type 1 and 3 collagen breaks down into amino acids rather than being absorbed like type 2 collagen, but I prefer adding powder to my coffee instead of endlessly cooking collagen-rich soups to get the same set of nutrients. Although I do cook those soups sometimes too))
