We first started using the nasopure system about 8 years ago when our acupuncturist recommended it for allergy symptoms my husband had been having for quite some time. We both use it daily with a lot of success in minimizing greatly allergy symptoms. My husband also uses it when he has symptom flair ups, with success.

It really helped me with my sinus congestion and it’s definitely effective but it could burn sometimes like I suddenly jumped into a pool and got water all the way up my eyes! It’s unpleasant feeling and sometimes could be overwhelming to the point where I don’t want to use it! I will not purchase again for its harshness! Also, the sachets are hard to open without a scissor!
It does its job, I use half a bag each time because the full amount is pretty painful. I will order the nasal oil to make it milder.
I love the Nasopure irrigation bottle and salts. I have tried using sea salt but it's irritating. They have the formula down in these packets. Never have a irritating feeling in my nasal passage. Very comfortable. Cleanse the nasal passages throughly and keeps me well. I do them as soon as I feel like I'm catching something. Knocks it out every time. I always have these on hand.
