It seems to help balance my male hormones while taking it together with DIM. My doctor says i have PCOS, this seems to fix the issue as i have less hair growing on my face and body, less painful mensural cycle. Just remember to take it with food so it doesnt knock you out as i do get low blood sugar symptoms if i took it on empty stomach. Myo inositol is a better form for us to absorb.

I've taken inositol for a while now. But so far I've only gotten the reputable ones. This one's a bit sweet taste, dissolves easily. Just there's no scoop in the bottle like the other brand (hope they can improve in the future). Other than that, I felt less triggered, and seemingly my period has been more on time.
Bought myo-inositol for my dad who suffers from diabetes. My dad's blood sugar came under control after taking this powder daily, so it had the desired effect. He felt more energetic, so I guess it helps increase his metabolic rate. It has a sweet taste, so it can be added to his coffee in the morning.
It has no scoop, so you have to scoop it out by yourself, but make sure you’re not exceeding the recommended amount , because it can give you a laxative effect.
