Ubiquinol, 200 mg, 60 Softgels

A bit to early to give an opinion but I'm feeling better taking the herbs for my kidney disease.

Love this heart healthy Ubiquinol! It helps with energy and we all need that. I used to take 100 mg and 200 mg works much better for me for more heart protection. I really like this product.

I am of course the type of person to where if something odd is going to happen, it's going to happen to me. Ubiquinol has caused me terrible, terrible fatigue. Like can't function and complete daily tasks kind of fatigue, for days I thought I was coming down with some illness but never developed any other symptoms. I had no idea Ubiquinol could even cause this and it seems so counterintuitive due to it's supposed ability to increase cellular energy - but after eliminating all other possible causes I finally thought this could be the cause and decided to look it up and see if other people have experienced it. Guess what, it's a thing! Apparently fatigue is an uncommon but documented and well-known side effect of Ubiquinol. Some people seem to do better with Ubiquinone but I haven't tested it.

Highly recommended, give you a high energy boost..
