I'm aware that EGCG is high in antioxidants and offers a variety of medical benefits, but I don't like the taste of green tea. Because green tea is naturally caffeinated, I was concerned that I might have a negative reaction, but it was absolutely fine, and I've been taking them daily. I would highly recommend this product.
