I searched for a good B12 spray for a while after reading that liqiud spray form is a good way to absorb it. I had taken a pill form of B12 for a while and when it ran out I forgot to replace it and ended having horrible memory. would forget people's names, things that happened yesterday, ect. It was just like my brain would fog and it would take me longer than usual to recall things. Been taking it for month and it definitely helps with memory. I instantly noticed a difference and have haf none of that brain fog and headaches since. I actually really like the taste of this, it's slight cherry. One dose 15 drops towards the back of your tongue. It's 2500 mcg serving size, and 60 servings per bottle. This is the best B12 I have found. It has made a real difference in my energy levels. I'll give it 5 stars and purchase more.

My dad used this not even at full dose and after a few weeks his b vitamin labs went through the roof. Very highly effective. I love the dropper you can adjust your dosing and make it go further. B vitamins are best absorbed under the tongue so this is a 10 out of 10 for effectiveness, ease, cost… taste is a hint like cough syrup but not so bad. My kids love it too (at a lower dose).

I have been using this type of folic acid for a long time. It’s effective, packed in glass, works extremely well as shown on blood work. Quality is awesome. The ingredients are simple and the bottle lasts quite a while in the fridge. I love that it gives me good energy.

good quality methylated b12..caused loads of hyperactivity in my little one..we lost hours of sleep but thats the downside of b12 they say..good size

My son has MTHFR and takes this in his yogurt. Tastes good and you can easily adjust the dose by the smoking of drops you use.

seem works well with my 10 years old son but it distrub his sleep even when I lower the dose , and give in morning so still confuse use it or not

This is a great option of Vitamins B. The folic acid form is methylated as well in this product. I was looking methylated option. This was my choice as a liquid form, make it easy to use, especially for kids. The taste is pleasent , the size of the package is convinient for travel .
