You have to be carful with room temperature in order for fermentation to work
Good package, nice website. I did all as needed, but mold developed instead of the fermenting process. Too expensive for such results. I bought the same granules from the other manufacturer and all works simply perfectly.
Great quality and ingredient I still did not use it
My first trial and the taste is sweet. I cultured it a bit longer the 2nd time and some bubbles appeared. My digestive system slightly improved. But as I would loss some of the grains every time, probably need to buy again in one or two months. A bit expensive but worth trying.
It has great quality, you can keep getting kafir water all the time and I actually make it in different flavours. It tastes good when i add the flavours and the kafir taste is not that noticeable. The size is good the packaging is also good. I use it almost everyday

The price is good for that size. We love water kefir and we do that for 5 years now.
It's working well for me. I feed them with 1L filtered water, a handful of raisins, and two heaps of unrefined brown sugar. Ferments nicely!
