I've tried other mayonnaise brands besides iHerb, but this one is the easiest to eat. It's not very salty, so I add some natural salt to enhance the flavor. The glass jar type requires a spoon to use, which is a bit of a hassle, but it's easy to scoop out the last bit. The tube type is convenient for everyday use, but it's a pain to use up the last bit. Even so, I think tube type is the best for mayonnaise, ketchup, and honey, so I bought it immediately! By the way, looking at the ingredients, it should use whole eggs, but there's zero protein. I really felt that mayonnaise is just a block of oil. It's incredibly expensive, but I'll keep using it as long as I can afford it!
