I love that this brand has minimal to no fillers and is so potent. I only take one capsule per day and even after two weeks I can still feel the difference. I love the additional ingredients that are also adaptogens. This helps to minimize the effects of my high stress levels and poor sleep as a hotel shift worker.

Love the quality of ingredients, helps to reduce stress level! will be getting another one of this as already finished a bottle.I have two capsules with my evening meal with combination of Magnesium tablets. I sleep like a baby :))
