I thought this was a good product but anything that has Maltodextrin in it is not a healthy product! Messes your sugar up worse than sugar! But yet they put it in everything! Sick of pills and over the counter medicine having dyes and Maltodextrin in it! STOP POISONING US!
Package came clean. Love it for daily intake. Easy size to swallow. Adequate ingredients for my needs. I feel effective energy and hopefully helpful for my other deficiency when I take the blood test.
From what I can see and find this has great quality. And has a good rounded ingredients with the volume I’m looking for in my daily life. No taste like some others I’ve had to choke down and none of the aftertaste. I’ve been taking daily for about 3 months now.

I enjoy this vitamins although a bit on the pricier side. I enjoy the fact that it incorporates garlic, which you do get a hint of. The size is great and is an easy to swallow daily vitamin. Nice packaging as well.
I like to find mult vitamins for women and iherb is good at offering several brands to try. This is a good mix for a muti women's vitamin as well as a fermented multi is my other favorite.
