This is very good quality and ingredient. The taste is great and the size is good. It keeps me very full and helps me loose weight. So far this is the best MCT powder that I have tried. This is easier on the stomach than mct oil itself. I will definitely buy back when I run out. Try it!

This is a great product. It's not only the least expensive but it's of great value and quality. It blends easily when one puts it in the cup first and pours hot water over and stirs immediately. First time using MCt powder in this brand., I gave it a 4 star because it’s a bit pricey.,it’s good quality and organic ingredients it’s a bit difficult to mix,but it’s organic MCt powder and it’s beneficial for my keto diet and fitness.,
