This is a must take every morning. I take this every morning and let it jump start my metabolism then I eat breakfast. I find that I'm not hungry for about 4-5 hrs after. I find I'm not sick or congested in the mornings after a normal shot of this.

I was not feeling well. This little thing was like medicine! Tastes really (!!) spicy. I had to mix it with a little bit of orange juice. Felt much better an hour later. High quality ingredients. Small and comfortable size. Highly beneficial once down.

Super convenient to have when traveling or on the go, turmeric is great for inflammation and immunity. A bit spicy but tastes nice- I just chase it down with some water. I definitely notice a glow when I take this!

While I appreciate the idea behind it, I found the taste to be a little overpowering. It’s definitely strong and spicy, which might be great for some, but I was hoping for something a bit smoother. On the plus side, I did feel a nice boost after taking it, and I can see how it could be helpful in easing discomfort. However, I just wish it was more enjoyable to drink. Overall, I give it 2 stars because I appreciate the health benefits, but the flavor really didn't work for me. I might not repurchase this specific product, but I’ll keep looking for other ginger shots that suit my taste better!

Love the ginger and coconut taste - less spicy than the lemon and cayenne. I'm always bloated and indigested but I feel that this drink helps with your gut health. Would be great if it could be sold in boxes and/or bulk. Not really loving the individual packaging. Feels healthy and of good quality.
