Natural Ubiquinol, 50 mg, 60 Softgels

I have 2 bad heart valves and have been taking CoQ10 for about 15 years with some relief from tachycardia, palpitations and shortness of breath. Since starting Ubiquinol 50 mg 60 days ago, I've had only one very short, mild episode of palpitations. I used to have them several times a week, very debilitating. I have been taking one capsule per day for the past 2 years. My BP is very normal and feels energized with ubiquinol. This is the best COQ10 you can get in the market. I do not get the same result from other Q10 products. If you are middle aged, I strongly recommend you to take ubiquinol, not ubiquinone which has to be converted to uniquinol for absorption and older people are not able to convert it 100%. So, it is not as effective and waste your money. I wasted a lot of money on other Q10 brands and finally found this product that works for me, my family, and friends. There is a great deal of knowledge involved in supplementing with Q10. So, do your research first before buying anything.

For a number of years I have taken Coenzyme Q10 30mg. I never noticed much effect. However, several weeks ago, I started to use Ubiquinol 50mg, and immediately, I felt a strong effect. CoQ10 is a compound that occurs naturally within the cells of the human body. Its main role is to support energy production in our cells and act as an anti-oxidant. I've used Ubiquinol for 15yrs now and have never stopped taking it. I started it for extreme muscle pain of Fibromyalgia and statin induced myopathy plus muscle pain. Although I stopped Statins 14yrs ago, I've continued with Ubiquinol and don't intend stopping. I only have the "aging" aches and pains on and off now, being in my 70's, and Ubiquinol will remain part of my daily supplementation. I hope this is of value to others too.

I take this almost daily as part of my healthy regimen. Ubiquinol Kaneka is made for us who are older as it is easily absorbed in our systems. I trust this brand and formula. And the softgel size is just right, as I do not like large capsules.

I have cfs and lyme and this works great for me. I combine it with a few other supplements and I feel a difference. I tried a different brand of ubiquinol but it didnt have the same effect as this one. Price is great too. I make sure im never without this!

It's better to take supplements spread out over the day, and this 50 mg softgel is wonderful. No soy, no stomach upset, and it was easy to increase my dose after starting on a new statin drug. This is a powerful antioxidant that's not just for statin users!

This is a superior form of CoQ10. Since it's Ubiquinol, I noticed much better absorption and a steady increase in my energy levels. It’s gentle on the stomach and very high quality.
