Good vitamins, I take three a day. It's better to spread them out, not take them all at once, but with each meal. The package is large, so it lasts a long time. I take them as a supplement to other vitamins. For me, the capsules aren't large, they're easy to swallow, but for those who don't like swallowing pills, they might not be suitable.

Great quality and ingredient list. Had All that a women who lacks certain minerals or have certain deficiencies to use. Great packaging it comes in a glass bottle, thus durable. However the amount I have to use per day is alot, thus I use 2 of 3 per day only
Have been using this for about 5 years now and love that it has everything one needs to stay on top of immunity. No bad inactive ingredients and very pure. Price keeps going up so not too happy about that but will continue to use it. A smaller tablet would also be better for swallowing especially for Seniors. Good result otherwise
Haven’t finished whole jar yet, however, can notice the difference already. I’m having 4 tablets per day only: 2 for lunch, 2 for dinner. The first thing that caught my attention were new baby hairs all over my scalp! Will keep taking these since current mid-term results are more than promising :)
Incredibly encompassing vitamins that hold absolutely everything in them! It was recommended to me and I was doubtful because of the heavy price mark and enormous amount, but they have made a huge difference and I do feel a lot more balanced and also ready to sleep properly, which I've been trying to handle for several years
I love this procuct as it has everything you need and you dont have to take seperate supplements and combine them. I only add iron on top and as it has hight dosage it maximises absorbing
I find my energy levels up when I take this and I usually take one or two capsules, 1 - 2 times a day. My overall health has been good since I started and I have noticed more hair growth and less sickness.
I use this product in a daily basis. The package size is quite big but it has all ingredients that your body needs. I tried several products but this proved to be of high quality.
I've been taking this multivitamin on and off for about 4 years now and I really like it. I usually take less than recommended and still feel better. It's just great. I have nothing more to add. :-)
