I started with the 50mg strength as I like to give my body time to adjust and monitor any side effects of which there were none and have now progressed to 100mg. I’m taking this as I am in my sixties and have very dry skin but also thought my joints and internal organ tissue may be deteriorating too so I am being proactive as research on this supplement has shown good results. I think Now produces good quality products that are made in a GMP facility with minimum additional ingredients so am happy to give 5 stars.
