This is my favourite vitamin by far out of all that I’ve tried from this brand and otherwise. I can really tell the difference in how I feel when I take it regularly.

After many years of trying different multivitamins, I have found that this is still the best all-around you can get (and even better when you buy the larger variety in terms of cost). I still use other supplements, but this makes finding most of the necessary vitamins all in one as opposed to taking many different supplements.
It’s hard to believe they got so many ingredients into a daily capsule, but they did. I chose this to get that wide range, because it was vegetarian, and because most of the amounts give you 100% of what you need rather than some mega-dose. Seems to be good quality. Nice size. No taste.
