Very good non-GMO combination of all 4 tocopherols and all 4 tocotrienols. The amount of a-tocopherol is not really high, which is an extra plus. The only potential drawback is that tocopherols are derived from soy.
This supplement of vitamin E has both tocopherols and tocotrienols in its composition, which is great even for those who should avoid certain forms of vitamin E (for example, some people should avoid tocopherols due to their detox genetics). The presence of Q10 in the ingredients is a great plus as well, I do recommend it.
