I bought this to make the detox juice that Dr. Karim Ali talked about. Spirulina is really beneficial, and I can’t fully capture its benefits in a review. Check out Dr. Karim Ali’s video. It boosts energy, improves skin, and is rich in iron and many minerals. We bought it to make Dr. Karim Ali’s detox recipe to help remove heavy metals. I got Dulce herb and spirulina from iHerb. The juice taste is decent, with a vegetable flavor.

Good quality. I make it smoothies by adding with almond milk, and dates. It tastes amazing, and not too strong. A great superfood with full of nutrients which give lots of benefits for body especially pregnant dan lactating women. This spirulina is organic and not added with artificial ingredients. The size packaging is nice and I take 1 teaspoon every morning.

I really tried with this one, but I just couldn't get past the taste. Even mixed into black coffee (lovely lumps included), it made it unbearable. Honestly, I can't think of any food or drink strong enough to fully mask it. Ended up giving it to a friend just so it wouldn't go to waste. No idea if she kept it or passed it along after trying it 😅
