Very tasty, digestible liquid, pure, natural-sourced, major mineral Magnesium 500mg for calm/sleep, nerves/aches, and immune system. If you want more than 50mg major mineral Calcium for calm/sleep, nerves/aches, teeth/bones/nail-biting, and alkaline pH v. disease especially the Big C, get their bottle of Cal-Mag instead.
Good alternative to a pill-form magnesium. Taking the 1 teaspoon liquid form before bed is better, helping sleep, but without the need to drink a lot of water to take a pill. Good taste.
Just had to be careful with how much you take as it can cause a laxative effect
I've just started using this after having used many, many, maaaaaany different types of magnesium over the years. I love the liquid version which I think is better absorbed by the body. Smells a little "fishy" in the bottle, but the taste is just fine. Really pleased with this product, I will be purchasing again and again.
This brand was recommended to me by my midwife. It’s a bit messy to pour from the bottle, and the flavor isn’t anything special. But otherwise, it’s a good quality product that has helped improve my sleep as a pregnant mother, especially with my firstborn waking more at night due to teething. I get a lot of doses for the price, and can easily spread out the amount I take during the day by adjusting the measurement (ie. taking half a teaspoon with a glass of milk twice a day, instead of the full teaspoon at once). Would recommend 👍

this product is amazing when you need a clean-out it does a great job. I love the vanilla flavor.
I take a teaspoon before bed and have a good sleep and a proper poop every morning without out fail.
I tried this because I found magnesium pills are always too big to easily swallow for me. I was also intrigued by the marine based ingredients. The size is great as it's lasted me a long time. The taste is slightly disappointing, it's still good vanilla flavour, but I mean it IS medicine so it's understandable to have that obvious magnesium taste. I put it in my coffee sometimes like a dash of milk 😋
