Unique E®, High Gamma, Mixed Tocopherol Concentrate, 120 Softgels

I’ve been taking this Unique E High Gamma for a few weeks and really notice the difference in my energy and skin. I like that it’s a natural mixed tocopherol blend instead of the usual synthetic kind—no fillers, just pure vitamin E. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I haven’t had any stomach upset. I also taking this brand of Tocotrienols, but separate them in difference meals. You should not take tocotrienols and tocopherols together because tocopherols can inhibit the absorption and reduce the beneficial effects of tocotrienols.
