I work in a hospital environment as IT employee, which is high in stress and demands alot physical activities...this product helps me push through the work day without getting burnt out, while still having energy and resilience to tackle personal chores after work. I take 2 capsules every morning before work. Great quality from a great company as I have lower blood pressure by taking B/P Stabili-T from Life Season also.

I bought it because it was good for lethargy. However, I don't understand why it contains caffeine. Theanine and caffeine are ingredients that have opposing effects.

Excellent quality, ingredients and packing. It gives alertness, energy and endurance but I find the previous product, LifeSeasons, Masculini-T better in comparison
