I believe this supplement did and does help with excess estrogen balance. I have experienced some improvements to my pmdd and pms (hormonal mess post egg freezing process) but cannot attribute them to just taking this as I have been also getting acupuncture and had a polyp removed. they have no smell scent or taste. capsules are small and easy to swallow. dosage seems good. Ingredients seems to be what natural hormone health gurus recommend. Will report more once I have more clarity.

after reading some information about calcium d clucarate, I realise it was very good for my fertility as well was caring of my body, so I decided to purchase it. the dosage is of 2 capsules per day, and the capsules are quite small so easy to swallow with no taste. The benefits from this supplement are a lot, so really, there is no excuse not to take it.
This is a comprehensive formula for estrogen metabolism and the excretion. I highly recommend it.
