As a nutritionist, I am very mindful of the products I choose for myself, family, friends, and clients. I love Nordic Naturals. I choose this specific product from them because I follow a diet low in omega-6 and need a bit of a boost to ensure I'm getting an appropriate omega 3:6 ratio!

The product is great, we really like it, because it is Nordic Naturals, so our expectations are high. We were not disappointed, the quality is excellent. Since it also uses natural ingredients, we found it particularly useful. My age is 50+ and I do sports. It is very useful for me.

Good omega combination .. the ratio 3, 6, 9 is good. But i prefer to take only 3.
I LOVE that this has omega 3, 6 AND 9. Kills 3 birds with one stone! And there is no fishy taste or smell or burps or anything.

I’ ve tried many variations of fish oil in the past and none came close to ProOmega 3-6-9. This was recommended by my eye doctor to deal with cholesterol issues and it is the first fish oil, whether liquid or capsules, that did not leave any aftertaste at all or upset my stomach. The capsules have a whisper of lemon, more of a fragrance than taste, when first taking them. After that, nothing. I will await my next tests to see if they’ve made a difference but since this is the first fish oil I have no problem sticking with, I’m certain it will.
I love this range of healthy fish oils! Also for the amount of fish oils you do get, the price is pretty good. Quality stuff. Doesn't smell yucky fishy and I don't get fish burps after I take them.
