This is probably the best supplement I've ever taken. The increase in my mood and motivation to get on with life has been noticed by others because it was drastic. I would keep the recommended dose though, do not take high doses as it can have a reverse effect and cause you to be more depressed, a very weird numb feeling. start with 250-500mg. But 750mg in the morning and 250mg at night is my sweet spot.

tried a few brands agmatine, all were better effects and quality. agmatine short-term is good but long term it inhibits NMDA too much.
