An excellent value Trimethylglycine (Betaine Anhydrous) in easy-to-swallow size capsules. I use TMG regularly to manage my methylation disorder and it's one of my favourite methyl-buffers because glycine in general is just so good for overall health, and gut tissue health in particular. This one is excellent value with quality ingredients and I didn't notice any difference in efficacy switching to this one from other more expensive brands.

Great size and packaging the portions and ratios of mg are great, price is amazing and so far so good, we'll see long term if it works as well as my other supplements.
