The product is good and is as advertised. I had read a lot about the pain relieving properties of curcumin, but did not experience this. I have heal pain which doctors have diagnosed as plantar fasciitis and I was under the impression that this product may help in alleviating the pain. However, based on the anti-radical and anti-oxidant properties associated with curcumin, I have passed on this supplement to my 83 year old mother who suffers from intense skin eczema, skin discoloration and itching. She has now been taking it for close to 10 days and informed me that she is feeling some relief. So good results!! And I would buy this again. Regretfully, none of iHerb distributors are shipping the curcumin + piperine (black pepper extract) product to UAE. Based on literature available online (NHA UK and NHIS), this is the correct product for pain relief.
