I was SO disappointed when I got this because the reason I ordered it was that I already had a whole bottom of 300 mg capsules but they were very large so I wanted to take less of it at a time, and I assumed the capsule would be much smaller. BUT these are the exact same size as my 300 mg capsules filled with the same amount of powder inside!! So I assume it is a lot of "filler"
