Tastes like cardboard. I really wanted to like it, but unfortunately the flavor and texture were both disappointing. It was dry, bland, and just not enjoyable. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend it, and I definitely wouldn’t purchase it again.
First its sent is good and benefit are good and for my age its good and superb quality.
Whey protein is considered “fast” because it is quickly absorbed and quickly delivers amino acids to the muscles.

Good quality. I appreciate that stevia has been included in the ingredients, but, in my opinion, the taste of this product is too sweet. I use it for fitness as a supplement during my workout and training and as part of my diet. I have benefit. I like the size of the package.

The color is awful.... looks like water with a dash of milk. But the smell and taste are nice.
Can't take it anymore as I'm casein intolerant but hey, I remember the flavor and quality was so good. Maybe expensive, yes, but without extra unneeded bad ingredients as other brands. I remember it fondly.
