Dr Colbert Ketyo Zonr MCT oil softgel
I've taking this product for 3 years now. The quantity is good. It been prescribed by Dr Colbert. It's one of the first MCT capsules out there. It helps with my metabolism & I like that it gives me energy all day. And it curves my appetite.

Multiple benefits
I started taking the MCT capsules based on the many health studies concerning coconut oils and the multiple benefits. In combination with other keto products (keto-fire, Apple Cider Vinegar) and a daily morning shake with fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds, I've noticed a substantial difference in energy levels when working out, as well as weight loss and especially increased metabolism. Of course, it's hard to pinpoint the exact benefits of MCT individually, but seems to work well as part of a health regime. The results of studies are impressive!

When there is no more carbohydrate or protein available for energy, the body burns fat which results in ketone production. Ketones are preferably utilized by the brain prompting a profound state of mental clarity and focus.
