Seems to be really good quality. Also i really appreciate that dr. Mercolas supplements come in glass bottles! Honestly i cant tell that i felt the benefits of this supplement or noticed any difference but i might try it again. Biggest downside is that it is one of the most expensive supplement companies. If it would be more affordable i would bye definetely more often, because it seems to have rwally good ingredients.
I take it with my vitamin d and I think it helps keep my blood counts up and they are small and easy to swallow
