This is a great quality brand with simple ingredients. I used it for my daughter who had some warts on her arm. The benefit of monolaurin is that it is antiviral. After consistent use, my daughter's warts disappeared! This recipe contains zinc and you have to make sure you take time off from daily use OR you must also add a copper supplement.
