If you can't really take the liquid apple cider, this really helps and is good for absorption, plus you can't taste the apple flavor like liquid good ingredients
Using one capsule daily for begining to get used to supplement. So far great results. I definitely noticed less cravings for sweets. I digest food better. Size of a capsule is a bit on larger scale but I had no problems swallowing it. Dosage is recommended 1-2 capsules daily so great value for a price.
