My husband has been taking this sesame lignans for 2 months now for a diagnosed eye dryness issue. It is recommended to use at least 3 months. However, so far so good
A very very good quality product. I was looking for only borage oil. But this combination of ingredients is much better. I prefer it to fish oil. Although it’s different type of omega. I noticed huge improvement on my skin and hair. It has neutral taste, the size of capsules is very swallow able.

If you read through the research, GLA has several benefits: inhibits the LPS-induced expression of iNOS, lowers PGE2 and consequently raises prostaglandin E1 (PGE1). An other thing that I noticed is it also seems to have a calming effect, improving sleep so I take it in the evening.
