I usually buy mint oil from a different brand, so I thought this was a gel capsule, but it's actually a powder in a capsule. I take it after meals, and my stomach doesn't growl when I take it or not. There's no mint scent that comes up from the stomach like with the gel type.

Quality is brilliant Dosage :You can take once a day of course bit less effective than peppermint oil but it is okay. It has no taste and pill is not big, so you can swallow it easily.
