This Height Factor supplement seems pretty good. It has vitamins and minerals that help with growth and bone health. I’ve been taking it for a while and feel like it’s supporting my energy and overall health. Easy to take and no bad taste or side effects. Good if you want a natural boost for growing taller and staying healthy.
My son (who turned 14yrs old this past August) has been taking these for about a year now and we believe it's helping. There's been no side effects and he's definitely seen a lot of height growth in the past yr (about 4"). Will continue to take it! I have used this Futurebiotics Women's multivitamin for a while now. The pills size are a bit bigger, but they go down with a glass full of water. The dosage is easy to use and I have noticed a boost in my energy levels. The ingredients combo is great for any deficiency and nutrition benefits. Overall, I would buy it again.
