I've been taking this daily for many years and highly recommend it. I don't experience any after taste and I like that the product is thoroughly tested. I've taken it for inflammation and have found it to be very effective.
I really like the quality of the supplements from this brand and the ingredients they use. These aren't that different from the regular omega 3 supplement this brand offers. Yes, they're smaller in size but you have to take 4 of them versus the bigger regular supplements. I guess I see the benefit for people with swallowing issues but these also tend not to go on sale as much.

I deducted one star because while these gel caps are smaller than most, they are still just a little bit too wide to swallow comfortably - at least for me. However, the caps themselves seem to be fresh and wholesome. They have no fishy odor or taste. I like that the oil comes from wild-caught salmon. I also appreciate that it is gluten free because I am gluten sensitive. Taking these caps is the easiest way for me to ensure I'm getting the omega-3's my heart and brain need every day for good health.
